Orders within Australia

GST (Goods & Services Tax) applies only to sales within Australia. Overseas customers do not pay GST but discounts on school orders still apply.

Payment methods for orders within Australia

School orders will be supplied with an invoice.

Bookseller orders will be supplied with an invoice to customers who have a credit account with us. Booksellers who do not hold a credit account with us will be supplied on a pro forma invoice basis. Payment may be made by cheque, postal order or credit card.

Personal orders must be paid before the books are supplied. Payment may be made by cheque, postal order or credit card.

Overseas orders

Overseas customers do not pay GST (Goods & Services Tax). This applies only to sales within Australia.

Payment methods for overseas orders

On receipt of an order from outside Australia, we will fax or email a pro forma invoice. The pro forma invoice will show all costs including freight.

Freight cost varies according to the number of books, the total weight of the consignment, the destination and the prevailing cost of fuel. Hence, we calculate the cost of freight for every order so that the customer knows the exact cost of freight before the order is processed. We do not ‘load’ the freight cost; we charge what the freight company charges us.

Payment can be made in Australian dollars by:

• direct Bank Transfer
• bank draft
• credit card

Orders are dispatched on the same day that payment is received.
